Who we are

This website is run by Exotic Car Hire, Shop No 26, G-7 Mall, Near Bon Bon, 7 Bungalows, Versova J P Road, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400061, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Exotic Car Hire.

What information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in our enquiry form, call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we collect the details you share, such as:

• your name, mobile number and email address;
• the service and car you are interested in;
• pickup date, time and location, drop location and other trip details;
• anything else you write in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website we collect limited technical information:

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from and what device they use. Google sets cookies to do this.
• Security: our website firewall records IP addresses and browser details to block spam, attacks and misuse.

How we use your information

• to reply to your enquiry and send you a quote;
• to confirm, manage and change your booking;
• to share your pickup details with the chauffeur assigned to your trip, and share the chauffeur’s details with you;
• to contact you about your booking by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email;
• to keep our website secure and improve it;
• to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

• Our team and chauffeurs, only as much as they need to carry out your trip.
• Service providers that help run the website and our communication, such as our web host (Hostinger), Google (analytics and maps) and WhatsApp (when you choose to message us there). They process data under their own privacy policies.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies

Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We use them for website analytics and for basic site functions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, but we will not be able to measure visits as accurately.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details only as long as needed to handle your booking, answer follow-up questions and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

How we protect it

The website uses HTTPS encryption and a security firewall, and access to booking details is limited to the people who need them. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

• delete it, when we no longer need it for your booking or the law;
• withdraw any consent you have given.

Email bookings@exoticcarhire.in with your request and we will respond as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Those services have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Children

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without a parent’s or guardian’s involvement.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
