Corporate car rental is a service where a company hires chauffeur-driven cars for its employees, clients or senior leaders and pays through a business account instead of individual bookings. Cars can be taken per trip, on hourly packages such as 8 hours / 80 km, or on a monthly contract with a dedicated car and driver.
The real difference from an app cab or a basic corporate cab service in Mumbai is control. Your admin team knows which car is coming, who is driving it and what the trip will cost before it starts. A corporate car rental MOU is a written agreement between your company and the rental provider. It fixes the cars, rates, service hours, what is included and how billing works, so neither side argues over charges later. Most companies sign one before starting regular or monthly use.
A monthly MOU suits a new tie-up or a project team. An annual contract locks rates in for the year and usually brings the price down.

Can we hire a Toyota Vellfire or Mercedes V-Class for a corporate delegation?
Yes. The Toyota Vellfire, Toyota Alphard and Mercedes V-Class seat six to seven guests in captain or lounge seating, and for larger groups we add a Mercedes Sprinter, Toyota Commuter or Toyota Hiace. The Mercedes V-Class starts at ₹30,000 for 8 hours / 80 km.
